PURPOSE: A two dimensional code scan through a terminal including encoded payment authentication information, an online security payment system, and a method are provided to perform payment by scanning a code including payment information. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(101) stores information for authentication and payment of a payer(110). A generation unit(102) generates a code(111) including payment information. A database unit(103) stores code information, identification information of the payer, and seller information. A scanning unit(105) extracts data of the code by scanning the code. A terminal unit(106) generates one payment unit(104). A verification unit(107) verifies the information by reception of the payment unit. A display unit displays the code.
