PURPOSE: A bicycle safe parking system connecting a short message service of a mobile phone is provided to simplify parking of a bicycle. CONSTITUTION: A user leads a bicycle front wheel(11) in a base plate(12). The bicycle front wheel pushes an entry sensor bar corresponding to rotation of both rotation latches. A solenoid power supply sensor senses bending of the entry sensor bar. The solenoid power supply sensor delivers sensing to a bicycle parking user terminal(13). When the user parks a bicycle, a short message service including a password is transmitted to the user. A driving means in a locking device maintains a locking state by using the password. |
