SYSTEM FOR SIMULATING BUILD PROCESS OF 3D PLANT AND METHOD THEREFOR

PURPOSE: A 3D plant construction process simulation system and a method thereof are provided to offer a scene graph which accesses a program API(Application Program Interface) by using a loader for each format in a virtual environment. CONSTITUTION: A process 3D model DB(100) stores and manages objects which are necessary for describing a process in a virtual plant through an OFF(Open Flight Form) or a 3DXML(Extensible Markup Language). A process sequence balancing simulation module(200) determines the generation of a work according to the set work occurrence possibility function by indexing the objects which are necessary for simulating the process. The process sequence balancing simulation module calculates the average waiting time of the whole process and work load rates by simulating the process according to a work processing possibility function.
