<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus with a display device which is easy to be recognized visually and has improved operability, by solving the problems of conventional electronic apparatuses that limitation on the size of a button is considerable and flexibility in operation is damaged. <P>SOLUTION: A pixel comprises first to sixth thin film transistors, and an EL element. The EL element includes a pixel electrode, the pixel electrode is electrically connected to a first terminal of the first thin film transistor, a gate of the second thin film transistor is connected to a gate of the third thin film transistor, a gate of the fourth thin film transistor is connected to a gate of the fifth thin film transistor, a first terminal of the third thin film transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the first thin film transistor, and the first to sixth thin film transistors are covered with a first insulator film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
