<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the whole length in an axial line direction of an electric tool having a motor without impairing a function of a conventional baffle plate which rectifies a cooling wind of the motor. <P>SOLUTION: The baffle plate 5 separated from a motor housing 11 and a stator 21 is assembled to the rear side of the stator 21 of the motor 2. The baffle plate 5 is formed into an annular plate shape in which an internal peripheral edge 51 reaches the inside rather than a holding guide 27 of a winding relay 23a, and the cooling wind of the motor 2 passes through an opening thereof from the front side toward the rear side. By this, a flow passage of the cooling wind passing through the inside of the motor 2 is throttled up to a coil position and efficiently cools a coil. An arc-shaped notch 52 is notched and formed at the baffle plate 5 from the internal peripheral edge 51, and the holding guide 27 is engaged with the inside of the arc-shaped notch 52 until its tip appears at the rear face of the baffle plate 5. In such a manner, the baffle plate 5 is located in a position in which the baffle plate is wholly overlapped with the holding guide 27 when viewed in the axial direction, and the whole length in the axial direction of the baffle plate is shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
