<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce transmission delay in a message. <P>SOLUTION: When a communication part 1f receives a message containing an address of a node which cannot perform communication among nodes 3, 3a, 3b, the communication part 1f stores the address in a first storage part 1d and transmits the message from a communication port other than the communication port which receives the message among the communication ports 1a, 1b, 1c.
