This lighting device is characterized by being provided with: a chassis (20); a center LED (41) disposed on the chassis (20); an end-side LED (42) disposed on the chassis (20) more to an end side than the center LED (41); a center diffusion lens (51) which is disposed on the chassis (20) in a form that covers a light-emitting surface (40A) of the center LED (41), and has an optical effect on light from the center LED (41); an end-side diffusion lens (52) which is disposed on the chassis (20) in a form that covers the light-emitting surface (40A) of the end-side LED (42), and has an optical effect on light from the end-side LED (42); a first adhesive (61) which secures the center diffusion lens (51) to the chassis (20); and a second adhesive (62) which secures the end-side diffusion lens (52) to the chassis (20), and has a higher optical reflectance than the first adhesive (61).
