PURPOSE: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device and a driving method thereof are provided to reduce a consumed current of a liquid crystal panel by outputting a data voltage in a dot inversion method. CONSTITUTION: A first or a fourth sub-pixel is arranged in a matrix shape of a second row and a second column. A first TFT(Thin Film Transistor) is connected to a second gate line and a data line. A second TFT is connected to a first gate line and the data line. A third TFT is connected to a third gate line and the data line. A fourth TFT is connected to a fourth gate line and the data line. The first TFT or the fourth TFT is individually formed in the first or the fourth sub-pixel.
