<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability for preventing a displacement response speed of a carbon nanotube of which the elasticity is enriched, from being deteriorated even after repeated electrification. <P>SOLUTION: A conductive thin film 1 that becomes a deformation member of an actuator is comprised of a gelled composition of carbon nanofibers, an ion liquid and polymers. In the gelled composition, carbon nanofibers are manufactured using aromatic meso-phase pitches as a material according to fusion spinning, thereby accomplishing a product in which displacement is prevented from being decreased substantially by 8000 sec or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
