The reflecting mirror has a shape in which a concave mirror having a concave reflecting surface on the inside is cut on at least one plane including a point in the vicinity of the focal point of the concave mirror and a point in the vicinity of the top thereof, the light source is disposed in the vicinity of the focal point of the reflecting mirror, and light from the light source is emitted towards the reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror.
