An air exchange fan (10) for heating includes a frame (11), a motor (12) with blades, a volute (13), a heating device and a wind path switching plate (20) which is provided at the outlet (15) of the volute (13) to switch the outlet of the air exchange fan (10). Furthermore, a synchronous motor (30) and a spring (40) are included. The synchronous motor (30) and the wind path switching plate (20) are respectively fixed on the two sides of frame walls (110). The wind path switching plate (20) is connected on a shaft (31) of the synchronous motor (30) by a connection component (50), and is controlled to rotate a fixed angle toward a single direction by the synchronous motor (30). The first end of the spring (40) is fixed on the frame wall (110) and the second end is synchronously rotated with the wind path switching plate (20). The wind path switching plate (20) is controlled to rotate in a direction opposite to the single direction by the spring (40), and when the power of the synchronous motor (30) is cut off, returns back to the original position through the spring (40).
