A quick mounting toilet cover plate comprises an upper cover(1), a toilet seat(2) and support rods (91) set on brackets(9) of the body, wherein a hollow shaft sleeve(21) is arranged at the bottom of the toilet seat(2), and jacks(22) for the brackets(9) to insert into are arranged at the two ends of the shaft sleeve(21). A middle part of the shaft sleeve(21) is formed with a control cavity(23), and a control key(3) is arranged in the control cavity(23). A rotary body(5) and a fixing part(7) are sequentially arranged at the two ends of the control cavity(23), and the rotational linkage for the control key(3) and the rotary body(5) is realized. The fixing part(7) is provided with a clamping hole(72), and a clamping block(6) used for clamping or loosening the support rods(91) is arranged in the clamping hole(72).
