PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of fodder is provided to classify beans, tofu, bean-curd dregs, etc., mix, dries with hot air, and pulverize into a fixed size, thereby minimizing loss of the hot air. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of fodder comprises: a mixing hopper (110) which accommodates beans, tofu, bean-curd dregs, etc. and mix them; a supply fan (120) transferring the mixture to a drying conveyor (142) by the force of the wind; a drying conveyor comprising the first drying part (140) and the second drying part (240), drying the mixture by hot air; a dried material supply part (150) transferring the dried material to the second drying part by the force of the wind; a heat circulating part (160) supplying the hot air and circulating it; and a pulverizing part (180) compressing the dried material, pulverizing into a fixed size, and discharging. The mixing hopper comprises a mixing screw (210) divided and comprised by a dividing panel. A mixture discharger (114) is formed in the lower part of the mixing hopper. A discharging screw (210) is formed in perpendicular to the mixing screw, and equipped in the mixture discharger inside. The first drying part comprises: a conveyor drying the mixture; the first drying panel drying the mixture for the first time; a circulating path (250) circulating the hot air to the second drying panel; and a casing minimizing loss of the heat in the hot air. The heat circulating part comprises: a hot air generating part (162) generating the hot air; a hot air supply part (164) supplying the hot air to the first drying panel of the first drying part; a hot air fetching part (166) fetching the circulated hot air; and a fetching fan (168) facilitating the fetching of the hot air. |
