PURPOSE: A location control method, a system, a device, and a computer readable recording medium are provided to supply a location control service through a call processing process by using a predetermined message standard. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(110) transmits determination information generated by a user command at a predetermined period. A message processing device(120) receives the determination information as a predetermined message standard. The message processing device transmits the determination information to a device mapped with the determination information. A control device(130) receives and manages the determination information. The terminal generates the determination information by using at least one method of base station based determination, wireless local area network based determination, and GPS determination.
