<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material testing machine capable of highly accurately performing a drive control of a load mechanism. <P>SOLUTION: A control mechanism obtains a deviation between a target value and a detection value of a stroke detector 34. A first regulation part 51 multiplies the deviation by a preset constant D to obtain a calculated value a(t) of a valve aperture command value. A ratio K<SB POS="POST">1</SB>is sequentially calculated from a relation between a displacement amount or a displacement speed of a ram cylinder 25 and the valve aperture of a servo valve 43. A second regulation part 52 corrects the calculated value a(t) using the ratio K<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and feeds an obtained valve aperture command value b(t) to the servo valve 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
