<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal space air-conditioner, a portable air-conditioner, a desktop air-conditioner, and an epochal, ultimate ultracompact power-saving air-conditioner capable of brain enhancement, health-promotion, and power-saving, that use small use energy enabling power-saving, are further efficient, thus achieving ultracompact size, can be manufactured at low cost, allow various power supplies such as AC power supply, originally, a USB and a lithium battery to be used, can be used on a desk by using a USB of a computer, can be used by AC power supply in an office, can be used in the home by a battery and at an outing destination as a portable air-conditioner, and can cool or heat the body when attached to clothes, which have been impossible for conventional air-conditioners. <P>SOLUTION: Air is sent simultaneously to a cooling surface and a heat dissipating surface of a thermo element, and cold wind and warm wind are separated and discharged, thereby obtaining cold air or warm air. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
