A toilet lid (1) to be mounted on a toilet, the lid being intended to attenuate the noise formed when flushing. The lid includes a bottom plate (6), a top plate and a frame (7) defining a cavity in the lid. There is arranged an air inlet (3) in the lid communicating with the surrounding air, an air outlet (4) in the bottom plate (6) and a number of partial partitions (8) mounted in said cavity defined by the top plate, bottom plate and the frame. The partitions define a meandering air passage between the air inlet (3) and outlet (4). |
