PURPOSE: An obtaining method of massive amount of chlorophyll from beans is provided to germinate the beans before collecting the chlorophyll for increasing the content of the chlorophyll. CONSTITUTION: An obtaining method of massive amount of chlorophyll from beans comprises the following steps: dipping the beans in water, and germinating the beans in the shade at 18-25 deg C in the humidity of 50-100% using an intermittent water sprinkling method; drying and crushing the germinated beans, dipping the crushed beans in an organic solvent, and filtering the mixture before decompress-concentrating the obtained filtrate to obtain a germinated bean extract; and separating and refining the chlorophyll from the germinated bean extract. The organic solvent is methanol or acetone. |
