PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lotus leaf rice cake is provided to add a very small amount of salt and sugar to rice and lotus leaves without using emulsifiers, food additives, and preservatives. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of lotus leaf rice cake comprises the following steps: The lotus leaf is manufactured by distinguishing rice cake flour and bean flour, laminating them respectively, and cooking by steam.
