<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for satisfying a delay restriction accompanying an increased processing amount when scheduling a frequency selective fading channel. <P>SOLUTION: A scheduler obtains data packets each of which is either a latency-constrained data packet or another data packet, and obtains information about transmission conditions. Then, for each latency-constrained data packet, the scheduler determines each candidate time-frequency resource that can be used for transmitting the latency-constrained data packet. Then the scheduler performs the following steps: allocating time-frequency resource to the respective latency-constrained data packets, when the number of time-frequency resource needed for transmitting the latency-constrained data packet is equal to the number of determined candidate time-frequency resources for the latency-constrained data packet; and otherwise, reserving time-frequency resource for transmitting at least one other data packet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
