<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for measuring a radiation dose rate easily for a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: A method for measuring a radiation dose rate in a residents' living area includes: preparing a dose rate measuring system including a radiation meter for measuring a radiation dose rate, a position information acquisition mechanism for acquiring position data on the current position, and a data processing mechanism for associating dose-rate data measured by the radiation meter with the position data on a point where the dose-rate data is measured to form radiation-dose-rate map data and recording the radiation-dose-rate map data; equipping a mobile object moving in the residents' living area with the dose rate measuring system; and collecting the radiation-dose-rate map data by the dose rate measuring system while the mobile object moves in the residents' living area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
