DOUBLE-SIDED ADHESIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive sheet that has sufficiently-high adhesive force even if an adhesive layer is made thin, wherein: adhesiveness to a base material of the adhesive layer is improved; and the transition of the adhesive layer to an adherend does not occur.

SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive sheet has the adhesive layer on both sides of the base material. The adhesive configuring the adhesive layer contains: (A) an acrylic copolymer that has a crosslinkable functional group; (B) a urethane resin; (C) a tackifying resin; and (D) a crosslinking agent. The content of (C) the tackifying resin is 8 to 35 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the total of (A) and (B).
