<p>In the present invention, a wind power plant control device (54) is provided to a wind power plant (50) having a plurality of wind energy conversion devices, and in a case where the electric power provided from the wind power plant (50) to a power grid is caused to be reduced, from among the plurality of wind energy conversion devices, the wind power conversion device for which the actual amount of electrical power being output is relatively small with respect to the maximum electrical power the wind power conversion device is capable of outputting is caused to perform output reduction control by reducing the output and at the same time increasing the rotation speed of rotors. With this configuration, even if control is performed to reduce the output of a wind power conversion device, the wasting of the wind energy received by the blades can be suppressed and the total yearly power generation amount can be increased.</p> |
