The present invention provides a microlens array molding die capable of manufacturing a microlens array having a shape relaxing stress concentration and also provides a method for manufacturing the microlens array molding die and a microlens array. The method for manufacturing the microlens array molding die according to the present invention comprises: forming a plurality of recessed mold surfaces (2a) on the surface of a plate-shaped material (11); subsequently ejecting an abrasive particle (14) onto a molding die surface having the mold surfaces (2a) and making the abrasive particle (14) collide against the molding die surface, wherein the abrasive particle (14) consists of an elastic core body having a diameter greater than that of the mold surfaces and abrasive grains adhere to the surface of the elastic core body; and grinding the molding die surface.
