TELESCOPIC BUSBAR SYSTEMS

A telescopic busbar device is provided having first conducting member and a second conducting members that are telescopically assembled so that the second conducting member can reversibly extend from an end part of the first conducting member along an axial direction for adjusting the length of the telescopic busbar. The telescopic busbar may also be integrated with functions such as expansion movement, damping of oscillation movements of the telescopic busbar and surge protection. A guiding system that can be integrated in the telescopic busbar for guiding the expansion/retraction movement of the second conducting member is also provided. Flexible connectors for connecting the telescopic busbar to connection points with integrated radial damping function are also described.
