<p>Patent of invention pertaining to the field of electromechanical equipment used in the civil construction industry, constituted by rails (1) and wheels (2), which allow the movement of modular, interchangeable towers (3) and (4) made up of horizontal and vertical structures provided with tubular profile sections on the sides that allow the upward and downward movement of the platform (5) of the paint gun (6) and also movement around the structure of which the surface is to be prepared with steel shot and subsequent application of paint. The base of guide rails (1) comprises an assembly of principally tubular rods (7), with the space between the transverse sleepers and guides being provided with levelling devices at the ends thereof in order to allow sliding of the wheels (8) previously secured to the platform. Said rails are connected by means of guide pins and a lever-type retraction closure with lock. The platform (5) basically comprises a principally rectangular metal sheet (9), and, in the upper part, at the right-hand and left-hand ends, the modular, interchangeable towers (3) and (4), which support the platform of the paint gun (6), are duly conditioned, said platform being composed of a pair of wheels (10) on either side thereof for the vertical movement of the columns (3) and (4), the carriage (11) of the paint gun (6) being composed of wheels in the lower part, for movement in the horizontal direction, it being possible for a shot-spraying nozzle (12) likewise to be mounted on the platform.</p> |
