PURPOSE: A water diffusion barrier construction method of a waterproof sheet by using a multipurpose metal bar is provided to minimize a maintenance cost according to a waterproofing maintenance and to strengthen a resistivity about the wind by a heat tack of the waterproof sheet and a metal bar. CONSTITUTION: A water diffusion barrier construction method of a waterproof sheet by using a multipurpose metal bar comprises steps of: forming a primer coating layer by coating a fluid primer in the constant interval from a bottom surface of a mortar layer of a rooftop(S101), attaching a both sides adhesive polyethylene foam tape at the surface which the primer is coated(S102), coating a nonwoven fabric sheet at the one side, attaching the metal bar which fixing holes are formed in the constant interval to the upper side of the polyethylene foam tape and comparting area of the bottom surface of the mortar layer(S103), driving screws through the fixing hole of the metal bar, and fixing the polyethylene foam tape with the metal bar to the bottom surface(S104), guiding the nonwoven fabric sheet between the metal bars and flattening same as the upper surface of the metal bar(S105), spreading a waterproof sheet at the upper side of the metal bar, overlapping the edge of the waterproof sheet toward a hot air fusion, and adhering the surface of the waterproof sheet which is contacted to the metal bar(S106).
