PURPOSE: A straw valve is provided to be combined with a packing container through a sealing operation. CONSTITUTION: A straw valve comprises a packing container(10), a straw(20) which is inserted into the packing container and is exposed to the outside, and a coupling unit(30) which is combined with one side of the packing container, is formed with a fixing hole and a coupling hole. The straw can be detached from the coupling hole when a user drinks.
