PURPOSE: An apparatus for stirring food waste is provided to simultaneously stir the food waste and eliminate moisture and bacteria by suppressing the absorption of food waste contained in the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for stirring food waste(100) includes a containing space(V) and a drum type rotating unit(1). The food waste is contained in the containing space. The drum type rotating unit rotates with respect to the central axial line(C) expanded to one direction. The drum type rotating unit includes a main pulverizing blade(12) pulverizing the food waste in the containing space. The main pulverizing blade is protruded from the inner sidewall of the drum type rotating unit. |
