PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a spherical polymer is provided to manufacture a particle with a low molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a spherical polymer comprises: a step of dissolving an unsaturated vinyl-based monomer, water-soluble polymerization initiator, peroxide-based catalyst, and a chain transfer agent in a reaction solvent, and manufacturing a polymer latex particle by mixing the solution; and a step of dissolving the polymer latex particle into a compatible solvent, adding deionized and distilled water, and dispersing the result to conduct re-crystallization. The mixing is conducted at 60-90 deg. C by 100-300 rpm for 5-10 hours.
