<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable multiple kinds of component images to be acquired better and faster by moving components once relatively to a camera. <P>SOLUTION: A TDI sensor 26 performs an operation of capturing images of a line image at predetermined timing, and outputs, as an image of each image capture line, the line image exposed multiple times. The TDI sensor 26 is provided with: a light receiving unit 40A which includes a pixel line 41 having a plurality of image capturing elements 42 that are arranged in a first direction and each generate and hold electric charge corresponding to an exposure amount, and a pixel line 41 (electric charge holding line) which is a pixel line similar to said pixel line 41 and includes image capturing elements 42 having light-shielding filters 43 formed thereon, where these pixel lines 41 are alternately arranged; and a transfer unit 40B which transfers electric charge of the pixel line 41 in sequence, line by line, to an adjacent line, and outputs, as a signal of the line image, a signal corresponding to electric charge accumulated finally by the transfer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
