<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excellently hold and release a signal transmission medium inserted into an insulating housing with simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: An electric connector includes an unlocking link mechanism which has a pair of unlocking operation parts 14 arranged outside both sides of a signal transmission medium PB so as to face each other, enables the pair of unlocking operation parts 14 to move to and away from each other by integrally connecting with unlock arm parts 14a integrally extending from an insulating housing 11, and displaces a lock member 13d in an unlocking direction by moving the pair of unlocking operation parts 14 to each other. Consequently, the structure of the unlocking link mechanism which displaces the lock part 13f is simplified by decreasing the number of components, and the lock part 13f can be securely unlocked with the pair of unlocking operation parts 14 by a simple operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
