<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a three-phase and highly efficient permanent magnet motor that rotates at a high speed without using rare earth or inverter. <P>SOLUTION: An electric current is concurrently flowed through a permanent magnet motor through two copper wires from an AC battery with non-discharged copper plate without using rare earth or an inverter so that a rotor rotating counterclockwise by the Fleming's left hand rule can rotate with high efficiency at a high speed by three-phase power, thereby flowing electric currents through an N-pole 1 in the motor.
