A device for guiding perfusion tube(s) (10), includes a wrist strap (11) with a closing member (14) so that it can be secured to a limb of a patient and bearing a guiding plate (12) for at least one perfusion tube (5, 6). The device is characterized in that the guiding plate (12) includes, in the body thereof, at least one first substantially U-shaped guiding groove (16) of a tube (5) and a second substantially straight guiding groove (17) extending in the longitudinal direction of the wrist strap (11) and arranged tangentially to the first guiding groove (16) so that a tube (5) can be partially arranged in one of the first guiding grooves and partially in the other guiding groove.
