An electric wire (20) with terminal (30) is provided to include: an inner terminal (30) including a crimp part (31) that is crimped to compress a conductor part (21) of a covered electric wire (20); an outer terminal (40) that is compressed to the inner terminal (30) by a front part (43) thereof and is compressed to the covered electric wire by a rear part (42) thereof; and a waterproof seal sleeve (11) that is attached to a tip of the conductor part (21) of the covered electric wire (20), wherein the seal sleeve (ll)is crimped by the crimp part (31) of the inner terminal (30).
