PURPOSE: A digital hologram visualizing device and a method thereof are provided to visualize in order to monitoring a digital hologram generated by a mathematical method or obtained by a hologram camera, thereby restoring a hologram image generated by restoration in desired space. CONSTITUTION: An input device unit(110) restores as a 2D image and outputs through a monitor by processing an original hologram with data which a user sets as fresnel restoring algorithm between a camera obtaining/storing the original hologram and a monitor. A chirp function calculating unit(120) finds an item by applying distance information between pixels which is adjacent to wavelength information of a reference beam and the distance information between the camera and an object to a chirp function. A phase calculating unit(140) finds phase information by using the wavelength information of the reference beam, the distance information between the adjacent pixels, and the distance information between the camera and the object.
