The purpose of the present invention is to provide an active energy ray-curable resin composition for gap filling that exhibits superior gap filling properties, and has excellent reliability, i.e., does not bubble, peel, or whiten even if placed under conditions of high heat and high humidity for an extended period of time. The active energy ray-curable resin composition for gap filling according to the present invention comprises components (A), (B), and (E) listed below, the storage elastic modulus (G') (at a frequency of 0.0159 Hz) at 25°C of a coating film or a dry coating film from the composition is 0.001-0.05 MPa, and the storage elastic modulus (E') (for a frequency of 1 Hz) at 85°C of the cured product of the composition after active energy ray irradiation is 0.1-5000 MPa. (A) is a polymer having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a hydroxyl group, (B) is a photopolymerization initiator and/or sensitizer, and (E) is a thermosetting crosslinking agent. |
