<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a porous film that includes as a structural component an aromatic polyamide having dense pore structure in spite of high porosity, wherein the pore structure is uniform in the thickness direction, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The aromatic polyamide porous film is disclosed, wherein the porosity measured by using mercury porosimetry is 50-95%, the peak diameter of pore diameters is 0.01-0.20 μm, and difference between the maximum pore diameter and the minimum pore diameter of pores having logarithmic differential pore volume of at least 0.2 cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/g is 0.0-0.6 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
