摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker useful for precise and simple detection of myocardial differentiation activity of a cell, and also a nucleic acid molecule, a primer pair, a kit, an inhibitor for myocardial differentiation, a method for detecting myocardial differentiation activity of an undifferentiated cell, a method for isolating the cell having the myocardial differentiation activity, a method for monitoring the myocardial differentiation activity of the undifferentiated cell and a method for inhibiting the myocardial differentiation of the undifferentiated cell. <P>SOLUTION: The marker includes a CMP (cardiomyogenesis predictor) gene showing a correlation with the myocardial differentiation activity of a cell, or its genetic product.
