<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic welding apparatus that can prevent misregistration of a joint and improve joint strength of a joint material. <P>SOLUTION: In the ultrasonic welding apparatus, an anvil and a horn have a knurling surface 9 where a plurality of projections 8 whose ends are flat surfaces are arranged lengthwise and crosswise, a projection top face 8a, a projection slope 8b and a groove 10 between the projections constitute the knurling surface 9, and a friction coefficient of the projection top face 8a is larger than those of the projection slope 8b and the groove 10. On the projection slope 8b and the groove 10, a diamond-like carbon film 11 is formed, and on the projection top face 8a, the diamond-like carbon film 11 is not formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
