<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of maintaining air tightness of the electronic device. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic device 1 comprises: a wiring board 3; a plurality of electronic components 2 mounted such that each one principal surface 21A faces one principal surface of the wiring board 3; and a resin layer 4 covering the plurality of electronic components 2 and the wiring board 3 so as to tightly adhere to the electronic components 2, and bonded to the wiring board 3. One electronic component 2 is arranged such that a lateral face contacts a lateral face of at least another one of the electronic components 2. Even when a bonding material 6 bonding the electronic components 2 to the wiring board 3 melts, the one electronic component 2 and the at least another one of the electronic components 2 can fix each other in place to prevent displacement. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
