<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of use efficiency of a memory due to mixing of fixed period tasks having long periods. <P>SOLUTION: Execution schedules of fixed period tasks A to E are formulated into a matrix, and a fill factor ρ of the execution schedules formulated into the matrix is calculated, and schedules of a fixed period task having the longest period is excluded to repeat matrix formulation of execution schedules until the fill factor ρ exceeds a condensation determination threshold ρth. Execution schedules whose execution time slots are shown by a matrix finally remaining after repeating the matrix formulation are stored in a memory as a condensed execution schedule.
