<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of image combination. <P>SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus comprises: an image data input unit for receiving input of image data; a storage unit for storing the image data; an operation unit which accepts operation for selecting plural pieces of image data from the image data having been received by the image data input unit and the image data stored in the storage unit; and a combination unit for combining the pieces of image data selected by the operation unit.
