<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent probe capable of being easily synthesized, decreasing nonspecific binding to biological molecule such as cell and being labeled and imaged with good fluorescence intensity, and a method of manufacturing such fluorescent probe. <P>SOLUTION: This fluorescent probe capable of decreasing nonspecific binding to biological molecule such as cell and being labeled and imaged with good fluorescence intensity is obtained by condensing an intermediate obtained by bonding an alkyne derivative of cyclooctane to a fluorescent nano particle such as hydrophilic quantum dot, with a substance which can be bonded to a fluorescently-labeled object introduced with an azide group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
