<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a belt to be prevented from coming in strong contact with the grooves of a drive pulley and a driven pulley when an assembly formed by winding the belt over the drive pulley and the driven pulley is press-fit in a transmission case. <P>SOLUTION: The pulley assembly press-fitting method is to press-fit a pulley assembly 15, which has: a drive pulley 20 mounted on an input shaft 11; a driven pulley 30 mounted on an output shaft 12; and a V-belt 13 wound over the drive pulley 20 and the driven pulley 30, into a transmission case 40. The movable pulley half body 32 possessed by the driven pulley 30 is separated from a fixed pulley half body 31. A pulley assembly 15 is press-fit in the transmission case 40 while the clearance between the V-belt 13 and the driven pulley 30 is expanded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
