<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation device, a simulation method, and a program which realize software simulation that properly handles indefinite values. <P>SOLUTION: A predetermined circuit simulator 90 performs simulation of operation of a predetermined circuit (e.g., a flip-flop circuit, a memory circuit).
