Medium-lubricated bearing arrangement for use in a corrosive medium, more particularly sea water, comprising a component to be supported, more particularly a shaft, and at least one slide bearing which supports said shaft and has a coating substrate and a slide coating thereon that bears the component, the component (3), more particularly the shaft (4) consisting of corrosion-resistant steel with a hardness > 50 HRC, a yield strength > 1500 MPa, a tensile strength > 1900 MPa and a bending fatigue strength > 300 MPa.
