<p>Provided is a method/device that depicts image objects (multiple) to which an anti-aliasing process has been applied. Subpixels are constructed as virtual bitmaps by two different memory areas, for alpha masking and color value storage, and each subpixel is set so as to enable coloration only once per frame refresh. If multiple image objects share the same pixel, the virtual bitmaps are occupied gradually, using a process that proceeds from the foreground display object to the background display object, precisely reflecting the state of occupation. For a representation of translucency, the effective subpixels are set in a limited manner, thereby reducing the display object's occupation rate at each pixel. These effective subpixels are selected through bit masks, and multiple bit masks for regulating transmissivity are constructed.</p> |
