<p>A lubrication mechanism of a valve rocker arm, comprising a rocker arm base (1), a rocker arm shaft (2), a valve rocker arm bushing (3), a valve (12), and a valve bridge (13). The rocker arm base (1) is provided thereon with a rocker arm base lubricating oil passage (1-1). The rocker arm shaft (2) is provided thereon with a rocker arm shaft lubricating oil passage (2-1). The valve rocker arm bushing (3) is provided therein with a valve rocker arm bushing lubricating oil passage (3-1). The rocker arm (4) is provided thereon with a rocker arm lubricating oil passage (4-1). The rocker arm lubricating oil passage (4-1) and the valve rocker arm bushing lubricating oil passage (3-1) respectively are in communication with the rocker arm lubricating oil passage (2-1) on the rocker arm shaft (2). A lubricating oil in the rocker arm base lubricating oil passage (1-1) flows into the rocker arm shaft lubricating oil passage (2-1) and into the valve rocker arm bushing lubricating oil passage (3-1). The lubrication mechanism of the valve rocker arm allows for implementation of intermittent oil supply, and, under the premises of providing each contact friction part with focused lubrication, prevents wastage of the lubricating oil due to excessive lubricating oil in a valve box.</p> |
