PURPOSE: An access managing method for a PN(Personal Network) and a CPNS(Converged Personal Network Service) server is provided to maintain a connected personal network by converting a gateway connected to the CPNS server. CONSTITUTION: A first device connected to a CPNS server through a first communication network confirms a second device including a PNGW(Personal Network GateWay)(703). The first device requests access to the CPNS server through the second device and the first communication network(704). The first device terminates the access of the CPNS server which is connected through the first communication network by connecting the second device to the CPNS server through the first communication network.
